“I enjoy the privilege of supporting my clients to discover their inner resilience and gain a clearer understanding of themselves – their values, feelings, triggers, reactions, pain points, and stories. In session, I prioritise creating a warm and secure space through genuine curiosity in my clients’ perspectives, so that they may experience comprehension and compassion. I aim to enable my clients to achieve their therapy goals by drawing on their strengths and collaboratively eliciting insights. I have a deep respect for the trust of my clients and hope to help them develop healthier relationships with themselves and thereby with others. I am interested in looking at my clients holistically, beyond their immediate symptoms. I believe each individual is unique and will adjust my therapeutic approach according to my clients’ needs.”
